Truly Fit’s Women’s Strength Training is built for women who have been intimidated, ignored, or underestimated in other gyms. It’s for the women who have never touched a barbell and those who have been lifting for years.
Our classes are capped at 12 women. You’ll get real coaching on real movements — squats, deadlifts, presses, carries — programmed in a way that builds strength safely over time. Whether it’s your first time under a barbell or your thousandth, we meet you where you’re at and show you how to get stronger.
What makes us different isn’t the workouts. It’s the way the room feels. Women walk in on their first day nervous, apologetic, uncertain — and by week three they’re walking in like they own the place. That’s the result we build, and the strength follows.
