Next Level is a strength and conditioning class built specifically for 12–14 year old baseball, softball, and overhead athletes. The classes are small, the coaching is patient, and the work is chosen with their sport in mind.
The 12–14 window is one of the most important stretches in a young athlete’s development. Bodies are growing fast, training habits are forming, and the foundation gets built for everything that comes later. That window is why every class focuses on movement quality, real strength, and the patterns young athletes need to stay healthy across a long season.
What you’ll see in class: safe lifting fundamentals (squat, hinge, press, carry, jump), mobility work for rotational athletes, conditioning that supports their schedule, and the recovery habits that keep them healthy. Coaching is form-first, calm, and built for kids learning how to move under load.

My son Jack was coming off a season ending injury in 13u baseball and needed to build strength. Jack also plays football, basketball and baseball and required a well-rounded, safe and organized lifting program. Chrissy set up a program that worked wonders for Jack. She focused on technique and proper form. Jack has gained 24 pounds since he began lifting with Chrissy 9 months ago — going from deadlifting 135 for 8 reps to 255 for 8 reps, and increasing his squat from 75 for 8 reps to 155 for 8 reps. His form is perfect while executing these lifts. Jack is well prepared for his 9th grade year athletically and in the weight room. Chrissy's expertise is tremendous and she truly cares about the physical and mental growth of the athletes she works with.
