No matter how he does, it's just he's here and competing and playing baseball. I don't say it enough, but you had a lot to do with where he's at. Autumn pitched the first game and gave up 4 runs but 0 were earned runs. And she hit .600 in three games and leads the team in RBI's so far! Plus, I really have to thank you, she seems faster on the bases and has so much confidence running the bases now!
I learned a lot from working out with you, Chrissy. Learned how to properly squat and use my legs. Worked on getting my hamstring stronger and how to use my core and all of my lifts. I really appreciate everything you did for me.
Coach Chrissy and I started working back in September right after I was cleared to lift.
